Unable to Complete Install on localhost

  • I have tried numerous times to install WordPress on my local server using MAMP on my Mac. I get to the last step but I never get a success screen. I keep getting this error message in my Apache error log.

    postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/503112.34449: No such file or directory

    Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have no idea where to start. A google search is not coming up with anything.
