Unable to compose private message & Private message Button not visible

Hi,
Everything was fine couple of days back, but suddenly I am unable to compose private message and also private message button in the members page is invisible.

I verified the latest version code in /members/single/member-header.php as below,
<?php bp_activity_latest_update( bp_displayed_user_id() ); ?>

But in HTML https://www.site.com/members/username/ has
<style type=”text/css”>
#send-private-message {display:none;}
</style>

I have deactivated all plugins and activated one by on and i am getting this issue only when i activate Cubepoits buddypress Integration plugin.

Versions:
Wordpress 4.0
Buddypress 2.1.1
cubepoints 3.2.1
cp & bp integration 1.9.8.9

Please help!
