unable to connect

    It keeps on loading after submitting places ID, no matter what it does not connect, we have tried both options.
    How can this be fixed?

    posting a message on your site does not work as well.. it keeps saying “slow down your posting to quickly” literally one sentence or even one word messages that are typed an hour ago are still to quickly XD

    Hey @elaxxl, Sorry about the trouble. Can you please post the Place ID that you are trying to use or a Google map link of the location?

    For the message issue, what site are you referring to?

    place ID works fine, i downloaded a different plugin and it works within 2 minutes.
    I have tried different ID’s and none of them worked and yet they all do with the plugin from trustindex.io.

    The message issue is from the link with help in the plugin, it goes to a link on ljapps.com.

    Understood, but if you would be so kind to provide the Place ID I can update the plugin so it will work with your particular Place ID. Google has several different ways they display reviews and the plugin has to be able to handle all of them.

    No the page that links to how to get google places ID in your plugin settings, it links to page with a video, some text and a contact form which does not work.
