Unable to connect to a CRM online with SSO implementation

    Hi,
    Our installation of CRM online goes through SSO. Get the error that ‘The entered and stored passwords do not match’ though I have specified the correct userid/password.

    @sdmurthy,

    at what point in time do you receive this error? Reason I’m asking is that we don’t have this specific error message in our plugin so it must be coming from the external system. Our plugin does not use and cannot use SSO with whatever system you’re using. At what point in time do you expect SSO to kick in?!
