unable to connect to backend

Anyone know how to fix this??? I upgraded to WP 4.5.3 and ever since FileManager keeps giving me this error when I try to use the admin pages. On the public facing side all I get is [file_manager root_folder=”791″ /]. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
