Unable to connect to backend Error 404

  • I have updated the plugin to the latest version but am still receiving this error when I try to click on the root folder wp-content. I checked the permissions of that folder and it is 755.

    I am able to make folders inside of folders below wp-content.

    Thanks for coming.

    Do you mean, you are able to access all the other website folders, except for the wp-content folders which pops that error each time you clicked on it?

    I can access all folders inside of wp-content without an issue. If I click on wp-content or try to make a new folder under wp-content I receive the error.
