the issue was with ninja forms..

if anyone using ninja , gravity forms or any other forms then its conflicting with FM

Same problem here “Unable to connect to backend. HTTP error 500”
Can’t hit save on settings because there is no save in the free version and disabling Formidable didn’t help either.
