unable to connect to facebook

    Recently the publish to facebook feature has stopped working. I have tried the “reauthorize” feature in WordPress admin, but this did not help.

    In the logs, the following error is displayed regarding facebook –
    102350874914168/photos/Error:unable to connect

    For reference, publishing to twitter and Linkedin is working fine, it is just facebook that we have a problem with and it was working up until recently.

    Please advise how I can fix this.

  • There were some issues at smap server , it is now fixed.
    This error is returned when remote request fails.
    Please set Enable SSL peer verification in remote requests ?to No at general settings field of plugin if your site is http (not https).
