    I am unable to connect to jetpack. Debug steps completed but no culprit found with theme or plugins.

    Hi Erika,

    Can you specify which debug steps you completed? Based on what you wrote it only sounds like you checked for plugin and theme conflicts, correct?

    Are you getting an error message when you try to connect? If so, what is the exact error and at which point in the process do you see it?

    Try deactivating and then deleting Jetpack from the Plugins section in the dashboard. Then reinstall. Does that make any difference?
