Unable to connect to my Google tag manager account

Hi

Today i took the decisition to erase facebook pixel by deleting the FB for woocommerce plugin and to instal the google tag manager via site kit. i started to activate google tag manager via site kit settings. i went through authentification with my google account . i accepted all permissions. then it redirect me to site kit dashboard. i can see that the google tag manager is not activated. it ask me to go throught authentification again and again and again. wihtout connecting to googla tag manager account ive created before .

i deactivate all plugins on my wp installation. i run the process . but the result is the same . what should i do?.
i was thinking to process google ananlitics and fb pixel via google tag manager. what should i do then with google site kit analytics? should i deactivate google analitics from site kit and instead use only google tag manager? or better to have them both activated on site kit?. im thinking if i have google analitic activated via site kit and then i install google analitic in google tag manager account ill have 2 same events … is that right?.
but first i need to install google tag manager via site kit that seem imposible.
