Unable to connect to the Disqus API servers

  • Install the plugin (not the first time doing it)
    At step configuration:
    Warning: fopen(https://disqus.com/api/get_user_api_key/) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/u22538/oldbotsman.ru/www/wp-content/plugins/disqus-comment-system/lib/api/disqus/url.php on line 207

    And alert:
    Unable to connect to the Disqus API servers
