Hello attempting to setup my store with this plugin but am getting the following error on ShipStation after entering my Auth Key and URL. Any idea why?

Hi @kirbmart!

Apologies for the late response; this topic was marked as Resolved before it had a reply.

I understand you see the error message when trying to connect the integration, am I right?

In this case, please try re-issuing the Auth Key and connecting again to the Shipstation account by following these steps:

1 – Disconnect the Shipstation account, then disable the ShipStation Integration plugin.

2 – Once you have done that, go to this URL while logged into your site:
https://<your site>.com/wp-admin/options.php

3 – Scroll down until you see the woocommerce_shipstation_auth_key and clear the key from the field alongside that https://d.pr/i/lFeORf

4 – Then scroll down and hit the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. https://d.pr/i/RO6LkA

5 – Once you’ve done that, please reactivate the Shipstation Integration plugin and reconnect the Shipstation account.
