    Hi,

    I’m trying to use your plugin but customers are getting (500 – Internal Server Error Unable to connect to the shop)
    would you please help in finding the root cause of this issue since I found other plugin users with the same issue.

    p.s. I have a multisite wordpress installations with one of the sites has woocommerce.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Can you please enable debug mode in WordPress and check errors in the debug log after trying to submit a review? Please let me know what errors you will find in the log.

    As of debugging I fount out that the import menu shows this message which may reveal the issue behind that internal server error 500:

    (The loopback request to your site failed. This means that import of reviews will not be working as expected. If you would like to use the import utility, please contact your hosting provider and request them to enable loopback requests for your site.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received)

    Can you please let me know what errors were in the debug log on your WordPress site after you submitted an aggregated review form?

    Hi,

    I’m trying to get your request but the WP Debug was full of some other plugins errors that I later disabled and got the warnings down to this:

    PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-cron.php on line 111

    Also using Site Health I found out this:

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    and this:

    The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Please help.
