    Thanks for reaching out!

    It looks like you are running into an error when trying to connect to WordPress.com when setting up the Google Listings and Ads plugin, correct?

    Although Jetpack?is not?required?to use?Google Listings?& Ads, Google Listings?& Ads will require you to connect your site with?WordPress.com

    As a first step, if you have Jetpack installed, can you please try to disconnect and reconnect your Jetpack account to your WooCommerce site and see if this resolves the issue?

    You can follow the instructions below to do that:

    If the issue persists, can you please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any recent error logs that might be related to Google Listings & Ads found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs
