unable to connect twitter account to jetpack publicize

  • When I click on publicize twitter I get redirected to twitter app page and i authorize the app. After that it redirect to m website and then i get this error
    Not Found

    The requested URL /subdir/wp-admin/options-general.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I have tried to move my wordpress core to subdir directory but was unable to do due to plugins breaking.So I reverse back all the change but I think I have forgot reversing some changes.
    I have deleted subdir folder and my site seems to be working fine. but I am unable to publicize to twitter.Please help.
