    Hey @biznext,

Does this still happen with version 1.5.0 that was released yesterday? If it does, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Thanks!

    Hi @biznext,

    Apologies for the slow response.

    > I read this ticket, but not helped me: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/unable-to-connect-your-wordpress-com-account-please-try-again-later/

That is definitely a good start.

Could you perhaps try using the debug tool here: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/ and report back if that indicates if your site has any issues.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jason

    Hi,

I have the same problem. The strange thing is that I manage to connect the plugin in the first time but had to disconnect the accounts. I didn’t change anything in the plugins or wp environment and now I get this message “Unable to connect your WordPress.com account. Please try again later.”
So far I assume there is a problem of Jetpack communicating with the site…
Your plugin is trying to load:
    >>
    Request URL: https://bioaleea.ro/wp-json/wc/gla/jetpack/connect?_locale=user
    Request Method: GET
    Status Code: 400
    Remote Address: 172.67.214.130:443
    Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin`
    >>
    But the response is:
    {“status”:”error”,”message”:”Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”}
I removed and reinstalled the plugin several times with the same result.
Jetpack debug says “Could not validate security token”
Can you please give me any other solution? Or what should I delete from the database to have a “clean reinstall”?
Plugin version 1.8. WP and woocommerce is updated.

@galiboy Thanks for contacting us about this – sorry you’re running into some issues with connecting the extension.

Do you have any security or caching extensions on your site that block Jetpack or the REST API? Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your replay.
This issue is related to Jetpack (even if the plugin is not directly installed).
I contacted them on the web for support and now everything is fine.
