    I am having issues with the premium plugin. I am unable to reach support for this plugin. Re-occuring error message for contact page -> “please refresh and try again later.”

    The rates are off between my business account and the plugin. It is not consistently off… For example domestic shipping
    regular parcel – off by +$2
    expedited parcel – off by +$2
    Express post – off by -$7

    I tried with regenerated API key to see if this would fix it, but I am having the same issue.
