Unable to convert a Leadpages landing page URL into a custom website URL

  • Hi,
    I want to add a landing page from Leadpages to my website. Leadpages WP plugin activated. Leadlage added successfully through Leadpage plugin.
    When I go through process re Leadpage slug etc to complete my site custom URL, this URL does not work.
    But it does work (when added to menu) when I add the leadpages URL, but I dont want the “leadpages.co” to appear in the url.
    Help please!!

  • double checked permalinks in WP settings? Otherwise definitely contact their excellent dedicated support department.

    Thank you. I find Leadpages excellent. This seems to be a WordPress issue. I went through this with Leadpages yesterday, but I can trrty again. Thanks for your help.

    The IT guy who looks after my website spent an hour trying to fix this this am without success.
