Nope, just a white page, nothing to bar that.

    what’s your PHP version?
by the way, do you see the white screen instantly or does it take a bit of time?

    Hello,

The PHP version is ‘PHP 5.4 (Single php.ini)’

It takes about 5 seconds for it to go to the white page.

    Thanks,

    Phil.

I’m having exactly the same issue, the DB only option works fine.
    website size is approx 500mb
    PHP 5.4.16
    Memory limit 256mb
    Memory isage 91.61mb
    Thanks
    Gary

create another backup, go into your backup directory, you should see some .log files in there, open the most recent one and post the last couple of lines.

(Seems like I have a different PHP version to what support told me…)

you’ll need PHP 5.3 (or later). on most hosts you should be able to change your PHP version from your server control panel.
