Unable to create a drop down menu on my website

    Hi,

    I am facing a problem on my website and unable to create a drop down menu while creating a menu from wp-admin->appearance->menu drag and drop is not working and unable to save a menu

    Deactivated all my plugins and saved my menu and my menu is not saving

    please tell me the procedure to solve the issues, Thanks for your help in advance

    Change to a default theme and test again.

    (What does this have to do with Multisite?)

    Hi,

    I am using wordpress 3.8 multisite enabled, on my main site i am using responsive 1.9.4.2(child theme enabled).

    We have also removed @import url(“../responsive/style.css”); from child responsive theme. The menu we are using is the ‘Header menu’.

    I tried by activating default wordpress 2014 theme and deactivated all my plugins and i am not able to adjust the menus

    When i add a sub menu, and save the menu, menu items are not saving. We have also lost the previous order of menus.

    You need to change the theme to a different theme and test again.
