Unable to create a Manual Backup

Sorry for the delay over the weekend.

The error you are getting means that there is no network connectivity in between the site and Google Drive more information can be found here:

I’ve tested Google Drive backups from our end and can confirm they are working as expected.

So either Google had some issues over the weekend that are now resolved

Or there is an issue with your server connecting to Googles servers, in this case it’s best to speak to your hosting provider and show them the log file so they can investigate.

I can see the issue is not from Google or from host it’s from your side, after updating, issue is running and running not getting any resolution, infact Dropbox was working fine for these days but now Dropbox is also showing the same issue. resumption 1 (300 seconds) after completing 300 seconds resumption 2 (300 seconds) and it’s running even not having any end 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.. .
