Unable to create and edit admin

    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem for a few days.

    Indeed, when I am logged in as an administrator, I cannot create new admins and I cannot edit existing admin accounts. They are greyed out. I can edit all other accounts but not the admin ones.

    I don’t understand… Can you help me please? Thank you !

    Hello @yutotwinky

    Are you trying to add an administrator user from wp-admin > users > add new ? Can you please navigate to the profile of the user you would like to edit and click on “Edit profile” link from the gear icon dropdown like in this screenshot?
