Unable to create chart and insert shortcode

    HI,

    Great plugin, but having an issue trying to create anew chart or insert the shortcode. Either option fails :

    Media >> Viaulizer library >> Add new = blank screen

    Post or page >> Add Media >> Visualizations >> Go through Process >> Insert shortcode = 404 error

    Any suggestions.

    OK< Thanks . I will contact our server admin to verify.

    PS I did install on a different server and it worked, so perhaps this is the issue.

    The removal of the mod security from this client url seems to have resolved the issue of inserting the short-code, but we can still not edit the chart once it has been inserted.

    Any suggestions ?

    If I go Hi,

    I get it . A picture is worth a thousand works, but when try to edit or add new from the Media screen , the popup modal window is blank ??

    Media >> Visual Library >> Try to edit an existing Pie Chart >> Blank modal window when I click on the edit icon

    Media >> Visual Library >> Add new >> Blank modal window when I click on the edit icon

    Please deactivate all plugins other than visualizer to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    I hope it will work.
