Unable to create Form Using Ninja Form plugin

    We are installed the free version of Ninja form in our local environment. We are unable to create Ninja Form as it is showing a white screen when we try to create the form. There seem to be some JS errors while checking in the browser console. Also, we are using the PODS plugin for creating custom post type. Please find attached a screenshot for the issue
