unable to create gallery on live site

  • When I click on the “Add Gallery” button I eventually get a page with this error message:
    RuntimeException thrown

    \NAWINFS02\home\users\web\b28\rh.jimwhite\holyspirit\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\products\photocrati_nextgen\modules\nextgen_addgallery_page\templates\upload_images.php is not a valid MVC template

    As far as I can tell, this means the upload_images.php page is not a working template. How do I fix this?

    OK. I went back to version 1.19 to avoid the error above. Now I’m getting these messages when I try to import images:

    Unable to create directory wp-content\gallery\laundry!
    Directory wp-content\gallery\laundry is not writeable !
    Unable to create directory wp-content\gallery\laundry/thumbs !

    Seriously? I know 9 million people can’t be wrong.
