Unable to create network due to database error

Hi all,
I tried enabling WordPress network on my site and got through to editing wp-config.php and .htaccess files. After uploading these files I refreshed my site and found an error message stating Database error.
Wordpress suggested to add define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true); to wp-config.php file so that it can attempt to repair the file automatically.
After running the repair it suggested to post the following in the forum and get some help:

wp_1_posts: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_posts' doesn't exist
wp_1_comments: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_comments' doesn't exist
wp_1_links: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_links' doesn't exist
wp_1_options: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_options' doesn't exist
wp_1_postmeta: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_postmeta' doesn't exist
wp_1_terms: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_terms' doesn't exist
wp_1_term_taxonomy: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_term_taxonomy' doesn't exist
wp_1_term_relationships: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_term_relationships' doesn't exist
wp_1_commentmeta: Table 'db159152_sansbouwp.wp_1_commentmeta' doesn't exist

Can anyone help me with this?
