Unable to create new posts, pages and customize the theme

  • Unable to post new pages or posts and customize theme and add any new items like menu.
    *Recently updated to WordPress Version 5.2.3 before update there was an error with adding navigation menu items.

    Post Page Error
    Page Error
    Health Check Status Page No Display
    Tried Solutions:
    1)Check for A_I increment which is on
    2)repair Tables(Through both wp-admin and phpmyadmin(status check returned ok))
    3)Deactivate plugins
    4)Change back to default theme
    5)Site health check it doesn’t show the status page
    6)changing permalinks

  • did you try to reinstall the update package? and check the logs for any errors

    Could you please explain it in detail i didn’t understand it. In the log it doesn’t show any errors.

    First of all did you get a full backup before updating? Try to re-install the update, check the image I am attaching. If that doesn’t work try restoring the site to the previous version and update again.

    @johndos I have re installed the WordPress as you mentioned But it didn’t work.

    @johndos Deleting data from the posts and pages table worked but i dont want to delete data. please help

    Which version of PHP are you using? Could be that you are using an old one. Then try installing the “Classic Editor” plugin. If these do not work contact your host as there is a possibility that this might be a server related config.

    @johndos it was working fine untill a month ago

    @johndos I fixed the add posts and pages section and add menu’s section but add menu’s section is behaving weirdly(if i save after making modifications category is turning into custom link and sometimes it’s name is turning blank) and i’m unable to perform live customization. but it’s working on my local machine. I did it by rebuilding my database wp_posts table and importing data from my local host.

    I told you, it would be easier if you did a roll-back to the time right before the update. Now for the categories inspect for any errors and do check all of your logs there might be something going wrong that you didn’t see yet.
