@threadi you’re 100% correct
“In February-March 2025 this situation has been emphasized more than recently, after the Plugin Directory started linking the “Plugin owner” field to the?www.ads-software.com?Profile of the plugin owner.”
That explains why it started to happen.
From support:
Companies are permitted to have a separate account to own and manage all their plugins and/or themes. However in those situations, the account is only intended to be the owner of the plugins/themes, and is notpermitted to use the forums.

The WordPress support forums are not for making a brand name. The support forums are a community place where real people ask for support and other real people provide support. This means that we want real people and real accounts to do that.
You and your team (if applicable) should use individual accounts for replying to the forums. We don’t allow people to share the same account for support.

In this case, please ask each of your support agents to create their own account, and then you can add them as support reps for their supported plugins: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-org/special-user-roles-capabilities/
It is okay for them to use a pseudonym if they don’t want to add their real name.
If you have additional questions about the forums, you can contact [email protected] for more details.
