Unable to create registration page

Hi!
No matter what configuration I set it is shown in the registration page.

In the configuration page all fields are pre filled with ‘h’ or ‘C’

I use some own fields that are required and swedish text with ?,? and ?.

This excellent plugin worked in previous versions of wordpress.
