In the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed that when adding new products with variations the “save attributes” button is greyed out, the only workaround I’ve found is to deactivate the swatches plugin, add the product and then re-activate it.

Secondary to this I’ve noticed when I’m adding new swatches, the page hangs when I save but when I refresh the page the new attribute is saved.

I’m guessing this is an issue with my cache plugin (w3) but if I deactivate that it still won’t work. The only way to add new products is to deactivate the swatches plugin.

    Site is sleepyhollowbedcentre.co.uk

Id much rather not have to sign up with yet another account elsewhere, could you not just post the response here? This is the support thread for your plugin no?

Extremely sorry. Yes, indeed it is our plugins support thread. You also know that it is a public forum. You can’t share any confidential data here. For your security, I have suggested you get help through our site.

If you want to do it here. Yes, Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Obviously i tried that before coming to the forums – the plugin with the issue is variation swatches. Everything works with that disabled – and the site works when its been enabled. But it cant be enabled whilst adding new products or the “submit” button is greyed out. I have to deactivate, add products and then reactivate

Can you please confirm if you have any object cache enabled server?

If so, can you please clear your server-side cache? If you don’t know how to flush the server-side cache please contact your hosting support regarding this.
