Unable to custom fields in the editor

Problem: Unable to view data as custom fields in the backend

I have done exactly as explained in the support documentation and even tried an imported form in a popular blog post about Caldera custom fields. I can see default data like title and post description but not the custom fields.

I remember seeing custom fields when I tried another form three days ago but not now. Please note that I have another request on this forum related to custom fields but that is not related to this issue.
