Unable to customise the email

Hi
You need to add tracking info to one order and choose it from the Choose order to preview (in the general settings on the customizer)

hi yes I did that. I’ve on order I have done that for, the one displayed. I’ve deleted the original ‘completed order’ email template and used default woocommerce one but still won’t display properly. It won’t even show the right email template.

Hi, if you override the template you must keep the WooCommerce hooks in it, the tracking info is added to the order email hooks – before_order_table or after_order_table – see a visual guide to hooks in the WC emails:
