Unable to Customize

    You probably have multilingual compatibility mode enabled. In this mode the plugin should be customized via plugin for translations such as Loco translate. More in the documentation.

    Thanks for the reply. I figured that out after the I read thoroughtly :).

    That is why I marked it resolved LOL.

    Guess I should have made another post to that effect.
