• Hello,
When I want to go on plugin to change email. Whatever mail template I choose, at each time, I’m back on homepage in preview.

    Why?
    Thanks

    Hey,
Just to be clear, when you navigate to WooCommerce > Email Customizer and load a prebuilt template your homepage shows? What about when you select a specific email type?

    Hannah

Which theme are you using? have you tried a standard theme?

What plugins are you using? Are you using a multilingual plugin?

I just tried with Twenty Nineteen them, same issue.

I suggest going through and deactivating plugins one by one to test.

Can you post what the url is when trying to customize emails?

One by one. Youpi! Great moment…

    wp-admin/customize.php?kt-woomail-customize=1&url=https%3A%2F%2xxxxxxx.com%2F%3Fkt-woomail-preview%3D1

Let me know how it goes deactivating your plugins.

    Hello,

I found it, just found, I don’t deeply research other errors.

    It’s this plugin:
    https://fr.www.ads-software.com/plugins/autocomplete-woocommerce-orders/

When it disable, Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer works!

So, now? Where is the problem? Nothing appears in errors logs of nginx.

    If I can help.

    Thanks

If you have that plugin installed you have to use a real order, not the mockup order. In the Kadence Woocommerce Designer, settings make sure to choose a real order to preview.

Hey there Ben, I have investigated this further and are willing to help us find what is going on to make both of the plugins work. Currently, in their latest versions, they don’t. Kadence WP is unable to generate preview in the customizer window. I believe it is caused by something Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders changes in the orders that your plugin can’t deal with? Correct me if I’m wrong, I am only guessing here.

Here’s the detailed issue I’ve reported here minutes ago.

I believe we can work through this. I have set up a local server with a copy of the live site to be able to investigate further. Have couple of plugins but will be happy to follow your guidance and further instructions.

    Hey,
When you customize with Autocomplete WooCommerce installed make sure to select a real order to preview within the customizer. The mockup order won’t’ work. You can select this in the settings on the left side in your email type and text area.

    Have you tried that?

    Hey Ben!

I’m sorry to have missed your answer previously!
Yes, it works just fine! That solves it.

So I assume it is safe to use it with both plugins active?

    Thank you!
    Jacek

    Yep ??
