    Unable to deactivate and delete the plugin.
    “A critical error occurred on the site”.

    How I can deactivate the plugin?

    Hello,

    We think your critical error not related to this plugin.
    Please download the latest version for the plugin because we have checked this plugin with all default themes.

    Please go to your files wp-content -> plugins and find the “Post grid and filter ultimate” plugin and (move/delete) this plugin.

    Please check and let me know if you have anything else.

    I deactivated ALL the plugins so they wouldn’t interfere. However, this did not allow to deactivate and delete your plugin.

    All versions of plugins and wordpress itself have been updated.

    I use Astrа pro and Elementor Pro.

    I didn’t want to physically delete the plugin files so that there wouldn’t be scraps of data left in the database. But I didn’t find any plugin strings in the database.
