Unable to delelte product from cart after wordpress update

I am unable to remove product from the cart after upgrade to WordPress 4.5.3. Also I dont understand how to create a cart page that is linked to ‘view cart’ button. I understand that it should be some standard page which I am missing. I tried to disable all plugins and tested just to ensure that any new plugins creating problem, but I still see the issue. Using woocommerce 4.5.3 with storefront basic theme. A quick help is vey highly appreciated.
