I have switched my site from WordPress to squarespace. Deleted all the wordpress files and unconnected the Pinterest plugins still the woocommerce catalogue is still active in Pinterest.
Pinterest have been unable to help and I lost my verified merchant account. I’m stuck about how to get rid of this catalogue. Anyone can help?

    HEy @rachelchdavies

    Hope you are doing well!

If you don’t have access to your old WooCommerce site. The only thing we can do is to Pause the old WooCommerce feed.

    – please follow these guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/quick-fix-for-multiple-catalogs/
    – Videoscreen attached: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16furCmwrPnjMZmza__8byT1sUGMfezpC/view?usp=sharing

If you have access to your old WooCommerce site please follow these steps:

    1. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    2. Restart the Pinterest onboarding
    3. Go to Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    4. Disable “Enable product sync”
    5. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    6. Go to Connection tab on ?”Marketing > Pinterest”
    7. Disconnect your accoun by clicking on “Disconnect”?
    8. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest and no feed registered on Pinterest—

Let me know if that helps.

    Best,
    Christian
