• Resolved crib

    Despite of having DELETED the plugin, it still remains intact and active on my site (despite of no longer appearing on the the plugins list) and I don’t know how to get rid of it..
    Please help!

    @jdembowski want to help but my past reply was deleted. dont know why. i requested to come in chat because we wanted to use teamviewer. we have not done anything in our plugin but this guy is facing issue. he rated us 1 star there also i replied but that was also deleted. plz guide little i dont know what mistake i am doing my replies are being deleted this guy is really facing issue

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new.

    I was puzzled why my review was deleted then I realized that that was not the place to look for support, hence this post.
    I’m not very familiar with those tools, but I’ll have a go and post it here…
