Unable to delete product gallery images on mobile

On mobiles, images from the gallery can be reordered by touching and dragging them. Sometimes, on smaller mobile screens, it might be a bit difficult to delete an item, as the mouse touch is reckoned as a dragging action. Have you tried clicking the delete (X) button more rapidly? It usually helps.

Also, I’d recommend using the WooCommerce Mobile App.
It is considerably user friendlier to edit your store using the app when on a mobile device.

Dear sir iam not using a small screen mobile iam using 6.5 inch screen mobile sir it’s dragging and reordering but it’s not deleting sir and i also tried clicking many times on different browsers but it’s not X button is not responding sir please fix this sir

Sorry to hear that, you can run a conflict test to help you find the cause of the issue:

• Clear the site cache
• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Try to delete a product gallery image on mobile

At this point please check again if the issue is present, if not, it means a conflict was affecting this behavior and you can reactivate the theme or plugins one by one until the cause of the issue is found You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Sir i have checked this in different mobile device i found that in some mobile devices the X button is not working and in some devices it’s working. Both mobile device are running at Android 11.but a different brand Can you provide an update that fix this issue and support all devices that will be very helpful thankyou sir

In my opinion installation of mobile app is not the solution adding extra plugins like jetpack and using the mobile app is not the solution in my opinion this issue has to be fixed. Thank you
