Unable to delete redirection

Sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with BetterLinks. Anyways, I have tried to reproduce the issue of yours from my end but it seems to be working fine.

So, can you please check your browser console and tell us the error you get when try to edit or delete a redirection link?

Besides, you can share a bit more information about your website such as: WordPress Version, PHP Version, The plugins/themes you are using etc.

You can also check for plugin conflicts and try back as well.

Please note that, this is the very initial version of BetterLinks so we are still working on to bring new features. So, we would really appreciate the feedback.

Hi, thank you for the prompt reaction.
PHP 7.4, WP 5.7-en
The funniest thing is that there is no error message. Just nothing happens after confirmation that I want to delete link.
If I use “edit” option then links can be edited in new window, but after clicking “Update” button the redisplayed list of redirections stays unchanged.

Unfortunately, previously used “Simple 301 Redirects” plugin also has started to operate in similar way – I can’t change anything.

I need some time for checking pluging conflicts.
Any suggestions?

Hi Again.
I’ve just checked on my test website that “Simple 301 Redirects” plugin in version 1.0.7 works correctly in the same environment (theme and all other plugins).
After update to version 2.0.0 I can not delete any link – the deleted item disappears, but after refreshing the list (F5) it appears again.
Maybe it helps a little bit …

Very strange issue actually. Anyways, I will investigate this a bit more from my end and get back to you.

In the meantime, can you tell me the browser you are using? Or you can try using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

I have just checked again on my end with your WordPress site configuration: PHP 7.4, WordPress 5.7 and Grocery-Store theme.

And, I was able to delete my existing links of Simple 301 Redirects and even after refreshing the page, they remain deleted as well. Check out this screen record.

Regarding BetterLinks Edit issue you reported, seems fine from my end too as you can see here.
