Unable to delete theme

  • When deleting a theme, I get “Deletion failed: undefined.” How can I find the error log to troubleshoot this? I noticed you said in a different thread that the error log is located in the “hosting area.” Where exactly is that? I have not heard of that before.

  • “Deletion failed” sounds like an error has occurred on the server side.

    First look in the WordPress backend under Tools > Site Health to see if any anomalies are mentioned there.

    If not, then the error log of your hosting might be helpful. Please ask your host’s support team how to find this.
