    Hi again,

    But when i submit ticket on front end, it do not display loading icon after submit button pressed.

    Please clear your browser cache and check back it should work, we have replaced this image so might be caching issue.

    I have try in private browsing, but i do not see loading image.

    New Issue: i do not receive email when someone reply for a ticket. i have enabled it in Email Template but i am not receiving email.

    I only receive email when someone create new ticket. but no email for reply.

    Yes, this is found for guest tickets. This will be fixed soon.

    We are using default wordpress mail functionality for sending mails, if mails are not sending even after settings enabled, this is related to your hosting. There may be possibility that it may be going in spam.
