    Hi,

I have installed the LiteSpeed cache plugin and enabled the cache functions. I have connected it to Quic.Cloud.

However, the WP site health shows “Unable to detect the presence of page cache” error. Also, LSCache Check shows the same issue:

    x-litespeed-cache-control: public,max-age=604800.

    Moreover, I don’t have there X-LiteSpeed-Cache: hit?or?X-LiteSpeed-Cache: miss?

    What could be a problem?

    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards,

    Hi qtwrk,

I have tried to switch off maintenance and reinstall litespeed without maintenance but got the same issue.

It is also strange that my server should be openlitespeed but LSCache shows nginx.

    Thanks,

    netstat -lnp | grep 443
    ps -aux | grep nginx
    ps -aux | grep litespeed

please try these command on terminal , see what returns.

    Hi qtwrk,

Should these commands be used on the server directly?

I don’t have access to my server. I will ask my hosting support to check this.

    Thanks,

okay, then you will need to check with your provider.
