Unable to disable and delete plugin

  • I delete it, so it is no longer in the list of plugins, but it still appears in the menu on the righthand side

    I am sorry to read about your issue. However, you should have opened a support thread and not give a one-star rating.

    Can you please let us know what you’d like to do? Would you like to remove the plugin?

    From the looks of it, it seems like you have actually hidden the plugin rather than de-activating it. Please refer to the section Hiding WP Activity Log from the “installed plugins” list. in this article for more details and let us know how you would like to proceed.
