Unable to disable Auto TLS

    I am having issues disabling Auto TLS. When I go to the settings page and then I set auto TLS to off, after pressing save settings it will flip back to on. Other options seem to save like Encryption (currently set to none). I cannot get test mail to work without being able to disable this. Any ideas?

    I am using WP Mail SMTP 1.2.4 and WordPress 4.9.2
