Unable to disable enhanced link attribution

Hi,

I’ve noticed that it is impossible to disable Enhanced Link Attribution when I install Monster Insights and this is adding unnecessary JS to my site.

I don’t have it activated on my GA account, nor do I need it activated, but because of your default settings (which I can’t change), it is being added by MI.

Please can you tell me how I can disable this (and why it’s not an option normally)?
