unable to disable zlib.output_compression

  • hi there, i’m tired to disable zlib.output_compression using .htaccess file
    i’m adding the following line in .htaccess file
    php_flag zlib.output_compression off
    but unable to check “Compress pages so they’re served more quickly to visitors. (Recommended)” option in wp super cache setting.

    can any one tell me step by step how to do
    pls help me
