To allow me to better inspect and test this issue and dig into the error you are getting will require that I view your current plugin settings. To better protect you from posting personal information such as your access token while providing the information can I have you please submit a request for support at this link here.

During your support request please send your plugin’s System Info which can be obtained by going to your WordPress DashBoard – Facebook Feed – Settings – Support (tabbed page).

    Hey alineheide,

I received your support request with your plugin’s System Info but there was no email address to send a response to.

However there were a few things I noticed that need to be changed.

The Page ID is listed as: Page ID: 1161817227314993
If you test that id in our interactive demo feed here you will see that the account is restricted as seen in this link here.

To check this out further please replace that ID with this one 89742860745 . It is the ID for the NBC news station which has been tested and works. If you use this in your plugin and it is displaying a feed from NBC then you know the problem actually lies with the id that you are using for the Page account you want to view and this has to be resolved within Facebook itself.

The second thing you need to do is go to your WordPress Dashboard – Facebook Feed – Settings – Configuration (tabbed page) and click on the “Save Changes & Clear Cache” button at the bottom of the page. You plugin settings currently show that this has not been done yet.

Let me know the outcome of the trying the known working ID from NBC – 89742860745
