Unable to display in the Owners and Landlords contact list

dear developer,
When i select Owners and Landlords contact list and try to add new owners and landlords contact , the new contact automatically added to published but doesn’t display in the Owners and Landlords contact list and also cant find in any category (applicants etc).
pls help . Thanks.
