Unable To Download

    Successful loaded All-In-One Migration and exported database to file. Database appears in backups. However, any attempt to download results in error message, “The page you requested is NOT AVAILABLE
    A general error has occurred.”
    Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am a novice still learning.
